
Meet the 2025-2026 Real Estate Circle Fellows

The Real Estate Circle Fellowship is awarded to a select group of 2nd Year students who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership capability as well as academic excellence. Ambitious and energetic, these students have a proven record of success and are recognized for their potential to become future leaders in the real estate industry, colleagues to our exceptionally distinguished Columbia Business School real estate alumni, and engaged supporters of the next generation of students. Selection as a Real Estate Circle Fellow provides partial tuition support for your 2nd academic year, an invitation to a select Real Estate Circle events occurring on a monthly basis, as well as to the distinguished Annual Real Estate Forum Meeting, and two years of membership in the Real Estate Circle upon graduation.
The Real Estate Circle is a dynamic group of business school alumni in the real estate industry who wish to maintain close ties to the Program as well as the Columbia Real Estate Community. Members are able to continue building and enhancing their individual networks while also engaging with and supporting the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate, and real estate education at Columbia Business School. The Circle supports Real Estate Circle Fellowships through their membership. Members are offered access to a myriad of events and programs which are designed to encourage network and relationship building and professional development, and often include intimate gatherings with leading real estate practitioners and other business leaders, exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of signature real estate, etc.
This year, we are pleased to announce the recipients Junwoo Choi '26, Isa Hübsch '26, and Phoebe Keegan '26.
Junwoo Choi '26
While at Columbia Business School, Junwoo Choi has been an active member of the Real Estate Association, serving as Vice President of Alumni & Development, and continues to leverage resources from both the REA and the Milstein Center to support his transition into real estate. Prior to business school, Junwoo worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, gaining cross-industry experience in sectors such as healthcare and construction equipment. This past summer, he interned with the real estate team at The Olayan Group in New York, where he focused on portfolio and asset management. And outside of work, Junwoo enjoys golf, traveling, and exploring new cuisines.
Isa Hübsch '26
Isa Hübsch is a current second-year MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, where she serves as Co-President of the Real Estate Association and is both a Consortium and a participant of the Toigo Real Estate Career Accelerator. This past summer, she worked in the Investments Group at SL Green Realty, focusing on acquisitions and development. Prior to business school, Isa built a foundation in architecture and design management at SL Green, JLL, and Henning Larsen, contributing to projects from Midtown Manhattan redevelopments to award-winning masterplans in Toronto. Originally from Venezuela, she holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University. Isa is particularly interested in the full lifecycle of real estate, from design and development through capital markets.
Phoebe Keegan '26
Phoebe Keegan is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School (Class of 2026), specializing in real estate and serving as Vice President of Careers for the Real Estate Association.She recently worked as a Summer Associate on the acquisitions team at Beachwold Residential, where she underwrote multifamily investment opportunities across the Northeast and Sunbelt markets. Prior to Columbia, Phoebe was at Morgan Stanley (MSREI), where she focused on investment strategy and research for the firm’s core and opportunistic real estate funds spanning the US, Europe and Asia. She began her career at PGIM Real Estate, where she gained early exposure to emerging markets and specialized property sectors before leading market research for Latin America. Outside of real estate, Phoebe is a nationally ranked equestrian and the founder of Cloverleaf Farm LLC, a venture dedicated to acquiring, developing and selling sport horses. She is on the Horace Mann Alumni Council and holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.
